We generally retain sales and project enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security purpose. We aim to limit Google Analytics event-data retention to 14 months. SMS opt-in and consent records are retained as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
